Effective weight loss goals are a vital step in the process of losing weight. To simplify this process, you can follow the steps provided below to help you develop your effective weight loss goals. These are not just steps for setting weight loss goals, but they are basically the steps that are used to effectively set any type of goals for your life.

Step One; Start Small

Although you want to a quick weight loss to get more motivated,It is a good idea to begin with small daily goals that you can achieve. Maybe you want to lose a pound a week or exercise three times a week. Set goals like this and also make nutritional goals that include fat reduction, sugar reduction and healthier eating. Make a vow to steer clear of diet pills or to take your daily vitamins. Write your daily goals on a calendar and mark them off as you complete them. Don’t over burden yourself by setting many difficult goals that will be nearly impossible to reach. This will do nothing but burn you out. According to an article in the February, 2008 Reader’s Digest, the purity of bottled water is in question. “Mountain Fresh” water may actually come from someone’s faucet. As much as 25% of bottled water does. The multibillion dollar industry is not regulated unless the water crosses state borders so such dishonesty gets by. People are beginning to realize that the clear liquid in the bottle may not be as pure as they once thought.

The leaching of chemicals from the plastic container is another problem with bottled water. Contaminants such as phthalates used to make the plastic can taint the water, especially in hot climates where bottled water is especially popular.

Tons of fossil fuels are needed to make the containers, which have given environmentalists reason for concern. The article further states that it might take as much as two liters of water to make a liter of bottled water. And what happens to the millions of non- biodegradable bottles when they are discarded?
