Stir all ingredients in a glass, leaving the consistency fairly thick, but thin enough to drink. Add water if necessary. Drink mixture and then take a drink of water, swish around in your mouth to clean teeth and mouth and swallow.

Upon rising do sit-ups, give yourself an abdominal massage, do some light stretching and give yourself a spinal massage. Using an empty peanut butter jar, mix the following:

* Concord grape juice one inch below top of jar

Immediately after ingesting the above, drink a glass of water with approximately 2 Tablespoons of apple cider vinegar mixed in it. Drink at least another 24 ounces of water within 20 minutes. Wait at least 30 minutes after drinking the last glass of water before eating breakfast.
