Hypertension, or high blood pressure, one of the unwelcome side-effects of stress, is a medical condition whereby a person’s blood pressure has become extremely high. One good dieting tip to diet healthy is to improve the quality of your food. Do not be too ambitious with your goals and each day will become easier. The more you control the type of foods you eat, the greater the energy available to you and the more energy you have, the more you will be able to tackle doing some form of exercise and then your body will become better tuned and helping you to become fitter. It doesn’t make any sense to put poor quality fuel in your car, so why would you put poor quality food in your mouth?
